Profile activity

  1. Annotation· edited
“That is roughly $680 more each month, holding principal and term constant and excluding taxes, insurance and fees.”

What's the impact on houses sold

  2. Annotation
“Why is borrowing still so expensive, and what would make it cheaper?”

    Good question

  3. Comment

Interesting, I'd want to see what the optics markets looks like in a year

  4. Annotation
“HBM will absorb 30% of leading DRAM suppliers’ wafer input by end-2027 while providing 13% of DRAM bits during the year”

The 30% versus 13% figures show how much manufacturing capacity HBM consumes. A wafer is the silicon disc on which chips are manufactured; bits measure the amount of memory produced. TrendForce forecasts HBM using roughly 30% of DRAM wafer input by the end of 2027, while supplying about 13% of DRAM bits during that year. HBM requires a disproportionate share of production capacity, leaving less available for ordinary DRAM and potentially supporting prices across both markets. Those are production shares, not revenue shares

  5. Annotation
    “domestic HBM availability”

Who are the Domestic HBM providers?

  6. Annotation
“Epoch’s central 2026 production model assigns domestic HBM to 240,000 of Huawei’s projected 1.5 million accelerator units, or 16%”

What are the domestic and foreign suppliers of HBM?

  7. Annotation
“Microsoft’s cash purchases of property and equipment rose 45.1%, from $44.477 billion in FY2024 to $64.551 billion in FY2025,”

Does anyone know if this will continue?

  8. Comment

I'd want to see more than 7 evidence entries n =30

  9. Annotation
“Muse strengthens Meta’s business opportunity, but META’s stock upside depends on advertising gains translating into earnings and cash flow despite infrastructure spending.”

There's a possibility advertising gets disrupted by AI itself

  10. Annotation
“These are mechanism-based exposures, not valuation-backed recommendations. Financial amounts below are U.S. dollars; ARR is not quarterly recognized revenue.”

These stock recommendations seem pretty bad

  11. Annotation
“erature superconducting magnets, plasma control, heat exhaust, component integration, and repeatable operation. CFS publicly claims that SPARC will produce more fusion energy than the energy needed to power the process in 2027; that is a company target, not an independently validated result. Public programmes will continue to mature designs, materials, neutron sources, blankets, and remote maintenance. The US DOE’s strategy explicitly groups the work”

    What part is wrong?

  12. Annotation
    “accelerator spending”

Accelerator spending is the extra money businesses invest in capital goods—such as new factories, tools, and machines—when consumer demand or economic growth increases. It is the core action behind the economic accelerator effect.

  13. Annotation
“A neocloud is a cloud provider built primarily around GPU-as-a-service and AI/HPC workloads rather than a broad, general-purpose cloud catalogue.”

They are around 5 major hyperscalers and 10-15 large neoclouds
